Motorcycle From Jack Daniels and Indian sends mixed signals

Indian Motorcycles’ sixth annual collaboration with Jack Daniels on a motorcycle has arrived. This year’s bike, called Jack Daniel’s Limited Edition Indian Challenger Dark Horse, is based on Indian’s Challenger model and, as it does each year, pays tribute to a particular Jack Daniels whiskey. This time, the whiskey of choice is Jack’s Tennessee Rye whiskey.

The motorcycle comes with a suggested retail price of $36,999. It will be available exclusively tat Indian Motorcycle dealerships beginning Oct. 21 at 12 p.m. EST and deliveries will begin as soon as the end of October.

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis is known for its racing scene.

In the Marion County town of Speedway, one street is home to some of the most amazing stories and experiences in the motorcycle world. The legendary street is home to many racing vendors, motorcycle shops machinist parts suppliers. Gasoline Alley is home to daredevils, hard workers and dreamers, including the owner of Northbilt Customs, Brett Johnson.

“I got into motorcycles when I was a kid. I was 11 or 12 years old with a dirt bike and always wanted to be an entrepreneur,” Johnson said. “Honestly, when the pandemic started my business was less than a year old. I was primed for failing. Gypsy Joker racketeering trial pits cooperating motorcycle club members against leaders

Led by the national president of the Gypsy Joker Motorcycle Gang known as “The Wiz” and the gang’s Portland chapter president, members kidnapped and tortured an ex-member to death and then threatened witnesses to enforce an unwritten rule that no one talks to police, a federal prosecutor told jurors Monday.

But six men violated the club’s cardinal rule and cooperated with police.

Jurors are expected to hear from them over the next month and a half in the federal trial in Portland of Kenneth Earl Hause, 64, who held the title of the club’s national president for 20 years; Mark Dencklau, 59, the local chapter leader, and Chad Leroy Erickson, 51, another member.

All three are accused of conspiracy to commit racketeering. Dencklau and Erickson face separate charges of kidnapping and murder in aid of racketeering in connection with the violent death of an ex-member.
