A car dealership in Ellenville is suing an HBO production company for $8 million after the location was destroyed by a massive fire after being used as a set for the television series I Know This Much To Be True, according to the Record Online. The series stars Mark Ruffalo. The lawsuit was filed by 613 Automotive Group and issued to Calling Grace Productions due to negligence.

On May 9th, 2019, just after midnight, a fire erupted at the dealership and completely engulfed the 10,000-square-foot facility while torching dozens of vehicles. Widow of Bronx motorcycle passenger thrown 200 feet to his death in crash left with videos, memories and a beautiful daughter

Young mother Carla Rodriguez, mourning her husband’s death in a horrific motorcycle wreck, fought back tears as she spoke of lost dreams and their beautiful 1-year-old girl.

One killed after car, motorcycle collide near railroad tracks in Dania Beach

A 68-year-old Hollywood man died in the hospital after his motorcycle collided with a car near a railroad crossing in Dania Beach.

William Ciriago was driving a Can-Am Spyder motorcycle west in the 2200 block of Griffin Road, about 4 p.m. Monday, when he made a left turn on the railroad tracks and began heading south along the tracks, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.

Roger Gordon, 77, of Davie, was driving a Dodge Charger east on Griffin Road approaching Interstate 95. As Gordon reached the railroad tracks on the west side of I-95, Ciriago pulled into his path and was struck on the right side. The motorcycle flipped over before coming to a rest, investigators said.

Ciriago was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood where he later died.

Gordon was also taken to Memorial Regional Hospital with minor injuries. He is cooperating with the investigation that is ongoing.

Texas crash caused by alleged drunk driver kills 3 members of Thin Blue Line motorcycle club

Three members of the Thin Blue Line Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club were killed, and four others hospitalized, when an alleged drunk driver going in the opposite direction swerved into their lane and hit them head-on while they were on a group ride in the Texas Hill Country, officials said.

The crash occurred about 5 p.m. on Saturday on a highway in Kerrville, Texas, about 65 miles northwest of San Antonio, according to the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office.

“They were on a ride in the Texas Hill Country and were on Highway 16, south of Kerrville, when another person crosses the center stripe,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement posted on its Facebook page.

Sgt. Orlando Moreno of the Texas Department of Public Safety, the agency leading the crash investigation, said the car ran into six motorcycles.
