Firefighters have issued a warning to e-bicycle buyers soon after a fireplace, believed to have been caused by a malfunctioning battery, ruined the floor ground of a household in East London.
Two women, a gentleman and two small children were taken to medical center just after inhaling smoke for the duration of the incident.
Investigators for the London Fire Brigade (LFB) feel the fireplace begun accidentally after the batteries of a converted e-bicycle malfunctioned.
