Motorcycle crash turns into homicide investigation in Kansas City, Missouri
The crash happened just before 3 a.m. Sunday at St. John Avenue and Benton Boulevard.
What started out as a deadly motorcycle crash has turned into a homicide investigation in Kansas City, Missouri.KCPD says 50-year-old Jeffery Nemitz, of Ohama, Nebraska, was thrown from his motorcycle after going up a curb around 3 a.m. Sunday, at St. John Avenue and Benton Boulevard.Police say Nemitz lost control and was ejected. He later died at the hospital.Officers say, during a body exam, the medical examiner found Nemitz had been shot. The case is now being investigated as a homicide.
