Music and historic motorcycles featured at NJMP this weekend
The ninth annual American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association Vintage Motorcycle Festival & Swap Meet, featuring vintage motorcycle racing on-track, a swap meet off-track, Friday night Bike Night, Saturday bike show, music and more, will be held June 18 to 20, rain or shine, at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville.
Tickets are $25 for a weekend pass, $20 for Saturday only or $10 for Sunday only for ages 13 and older and free for ages 12 and younger.
Besides AHRMA racing and festivities, this weekend will feature the first night of NJMP’s Summer Concert Series.
Arsenal will perform in the outdoor event space behind the Finish Line Pub from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. June 19.
Food will be available from the pub and food trucks and vendors will be on site.
Admission is free and guests should bring their own blanket or chair. Outside food and beverage will not be allowed.
Other dates in the series are July 17 and Aug. 14.

Pirates arrive at Adventure Aquarium
Pirate Darkbeard and his crew are set to return to Adventure Aquarium, from June 18 through July 9, in search of treasure and cheer.
The Pirates event will serve as the launch for the redesigned Caribbean Currents, now “Pirate’s Passage” exhibit, home to 10 different exhibits filled with exotic and amazing creatures including hundreds of brightly colored tropical fish, lined seahorses, spiny lobster and lionfish.
During this event, guests are invited to experience interactive shows, scavenger hunts, games, crafts, up-close animal talks and plenty of pirates.
General admission tickets are $31.99 to $34.99 for ages 13 to 64, $21.99 for ages 2 to 12 and $29.99 to $32.99 for ages 65 and older. Timed ticket purchase is required.
Also, a “Pirate Treasure Bag” is available which includes admission, an eye patch, snack voucher, glitter tattoo voucher, photo voucher, keychain, pieces of treasure and an exclusive plush. Cost is $79.99 for adults and $69.99 for children.

Visit Bourre for Rockin’ Carnival fun
NorStep will present a Rockin’ Carnival for all ages from 4 to 9 p.m. June 18 at Bourre.
The event will feature carnival games, vendors, and performers including a juggler and a balloon artist.
Plus, the Washups, Globecult and Michael Corsaro will provide the music.
General admission is $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Tokens are $1. Most games will require three to four tokens. A two for one token option is available online, which offers 50 tokens for $25.

Tickets available for Indigo Girls concert at Appel Farm
If an outdoor concert on a Sunday afternoon is your idea of fun, then you may want to get your tickets for the Indigo Girls concert at 3 p.m. June 20 on the Meadow Stage at Appel Farm.
This performance is made possible through a partnership between BRE Presents and Appel Farm Arts & Music Campus.
Tickets will be sold in “pods” of four seats with some two-seat pods available as well. Tickets are $79.

Celebrate the Summer Solstice in Haddon Township
Haddon Township will host a Summer Solstice Music & Food Festival from 4 to 10 p.m. June 20 on Haddon Avenue between Strawbridge Avenue and Cooper Street.
The event will feature a beer garden, lawn games, food trucks, strolling entertainment and more.

Mount Holly Farmers Market opens for the season
Mount Holly’s Farmers Market will return for its third year on June 17. The market will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursdays through Sept. 30.
Visitors to the market will find Jersey Fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, eggs, breads/pastries, bedding plants, cut flowers, hanging baskets, local honey, cheese and prepared foods from local farms, vendors/businesses and restaurants, and more.
The market also features entertainment, local artists and artisans, and occasionally a local food truck and barbeque smoker.

Shoppes at Dragon Village hosts craft fair

The Free Fridays Concert Series 2021, hosted by The FAF Coalition, will continue at 6 p.m. June 18 at Lot 323, Woodbury at 115 S. Broad St.

The Camden County Board of Commissioners will present a concert featuring Christone “Kingfish” Ingram at 7 p.m. June 21.
This concert is part of the Sunset Jazz Series at Wiggins Waterfront Park along the Camden Waterfront.

Get out on the water at Scotland Run Park
Canoes and kayaks will be available at the Scotland Run Park beach area beginning at 9 a.m., with the last boat launch at 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays, through Sept. 5.
Boats are free to use and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Life jackets and paddles are provided.
Children age 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Join the Summer Solstice Celebration
New Jersey Conservation Foundation’s virtual gala will feature conservation trivia games, music, auctions and bird’s eye views of New Jersey.
Celebrate the summer solstice and preserved land via Zoom and Facebook Live at 7 p.m. June 17.
The event will be followed by Pirate Stereo’s Eyal, a live DJ from the Miami Beach oceanfront who will take musical requests from partygoers while they shop the silent auction.
The event is free, but auction proceeds and donations will support New Jersey Conservation’s land-saving work. Since 1960, New Jersey Conservation has protected more thann 125,000 acres of open space and farmland in the Garden State.

Military history comes to life at Historic Cold Spring Village
Are you interested in the Civil War or World War II? Want to learn about the weaponry and tactics used in the American Revolution?
Historic Cold Spring Village will host its annual Military Timeline Weekend from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 19 and 20, which will feature encampments, weaponry displays and demonstrations from living history groups depicting various conflicts throughout the centuries.
Historic Cold Spring Village is a non-profit, open-air living history museum that portrays the daily life of a rural South Jersey community of the Early American period.
Visitors are also welcome to stop by the Country Store, Bakery, Cold Spring Brewery, and Cold Spring Grange Restaurant.
The Village Nature Trail at Bradner’s Run is open to the public for free, self-guided tours.
Admission is $12 for adults, $10 for children ages 3 to 12 and free for ages 2 and younger.
